1. Warranty:

  • We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects and faults for a period of 2 months. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or accidents.

2. Warranty procedure:

  • Please include photos of the defective product and a description of the problem.
  • We will assess the claim and contact you to discuss further steps, such as repair, replacement or refund.

3. Complaints:

  • If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please let us know as soon as possible via info@ripandship.nl.
  • We aim to handle complaints within 7 working days and will do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution.

4. Exceptions:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
  • Complaints regarding dissatisfaction with the product without an obvious manufacturing defect will be assessed on an individual basis.
